First of all, take a deep breath. You’re in the right place. If you’re anything like me, pregnancy is on your mind 24/7. That’s why I’m here to answer all of your questions, to help you move through the flurry of feelings, and to find the inner confidence to powerfully prepare for birth and motherhood. 

This process is about figuring out what’s best for you - not what I’ve done, what your friends have done, or what you mother thinks is best. This is your journey and my job is to help you feel powerful and balanced while you’re on it. I’ll help to educate you on all of your options and act as additional support to any other practitioners you choose - should that be a doula, a midwife, or no one but your doctor and your partner. I’ll be a constant support system throughout your transition from maiden to mother. 


  • We’ll begin with your body and devise a nutrition plan that allows you to maximize your energy and properly nourish the baby. 
  • We’ll manage your mind and emotions with a customized line up of daily self-care rituals to keep you grounded, calm, and positively focused.
  • We’ll handle all of the logistics from your birth plan to the paint color for your nursery so that every single detail feels right.
  • We’ll prioritize your goals and create a simple system for attaining them. 


  • Private one-on-one online video coaching sessions every other week for 3 months, 6 months, or 9 months (each session is 45 minutes)
  • Email and text access between sessions
